Data We Collect

Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, company, role, and form submissions.
Usage: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (from IP), device/browser metadata.
Commercial: inquiries, proposals, purchases/subscriptions (if applicable), billing records.
Cookies & Similar Tech: see Cookies & Analytics below.

How We Use Data

Operate and improve our sites, apps, and services.
Respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
Measure performance and enhance user experience.
Protect against fraud/abuse and comply with law.

If You Are in the EEA/UK (GDPR)

If we offer goods/services to individuals in the EEA/UK or monitor behavior there, the GDPR may apply. In that case, processing may rely on contract, consent (e.g., analytics/ads), legitimate interests, or legal obligation, and you have GDPR rights including access, deletion, and objection. See our cookie banner for consent controls.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies needed to run the site and your account. We do not use advertising cookies.

On our public website we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). In the United States, analytics is on by default and you can opt out at any time by choosing “No thanks” in the cookie banner. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics only runs after you click “Accept”. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as an opt-out and analytics does not run unless you click “Accept”. You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Sharing & Service Providers

We share information with vendors who provide hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, or marketing. They may only use information as instructed by us and must protect it appropriately. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal requirements. Then we delete or de-identify it.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state (e.g., California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain processing such as the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. California residents also may have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

To access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, email support@mbsquaredinc.com or use our contact form. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information, including for targeted advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Note: California’s CCPA/CPRA applies to certain businesses based on thresholds like revenue or data volume. Other states (e.g., CO, VA, CT) have similar laws with differing scopes and thresholds.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method is 100% secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children as defined by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
